HTC Hero

T-Mobile UK has yet to confirm the availability date of its G2 Touch (HTC Hero) smartphone, noting that it’s not been delayed since the date was never set.  However, the launch announcement that originally went out did specify “mid-July”, so that certainly would mean sooner rather than later.

T-Mobile Germany, for its part, has said that the phone will be available in early August (“ab Anfang August”).

Orange UK still lists the device as “coming soon.”
